Bailey got into trouble on Tuesday.
She was bit by a bug of some sort -
at least that is what the vet told us.
Check out her eyes and mouth!
She can hardly see.
Her mouth was so swollen she was drooling!
All of the swelling happened really fast!They thought she might go into anaphylactic shock.
Here is Bailey - today! She is just fine after 3 shots of steriods and benadryl.
And she can see just fine!
As we were leaving the vet, they said if she starts swelling again...
just give her children's benadryl!
Wish I knew that before spending $65 for 5 minutes at the vet! :)
