We spent a gorgeous day on Lake Francis ice fishing and having a great time!
It was finally warm out - it was over 32 degrees!
Check out our candids!

Clay and Ty - check out Clay's toothless smile! Love it!
Ty carried the minnows to the holes - a BIG help!
Clay caught a nice bass!
Clay pulling in his bass! Yeah!
Tommy and Julie baited a hole waiting for a big one to bite...
no luck here. Maybe we should have used something besides Busch!
The fishermen checking the depth.
Clay loved the ice and checking out the cracks - don't worry there was 3 feet of ice!!
Tommy drilling through the 3 feet of ice :)
Clay and Ty glad to be outside fishing! It's just not the same on the Wii!

Clay's First Communion Cup

Clay has been busy making a special first Communion cup! They started with just a ball of clay and formed a cup, then carved it and glazed it! It was a three week project! He will take his first Communion on February 1st. He is excited!

(If you would like to see the picture and read the article from the church newsletter you can double click on it and it should appear in a new screen and larger!)

Have Clay in your thoughts and prayers on the 1st for his special day! Thanks!

Sledding!!!

Clay and Ty had great fun today!
They were sledding with the neighbor boys - Wyatt and Bennett!

Check out the video of the fun they have!
Luckily we have really nice neighbors
that don't mind the boys using a few of their backyards!
:)

Minnesota Christmas

Clay with his new bow - he is pretty excited!
He has hit the target everytime!
Learning to shoot the bow.
You can't see Tommy's smile, but it is just as big - if not bigger!
He is so happy that Clay likes archery!
The excitement Christmas morning!
The boys must have been good this year as Santa brought a lot of good presents!

New pajamas from Grandma Barb -
I think they like them!
Thanking Grandma (and Papa) for all the great presents!
Especially the Wii!!!

FAMILY!

Clay and Ty at a park near Nana and Papa's house.
Aren't they the cutest boys ever? :)
The whole family met for a dinner on Pearl Street in Boulder at the Gondolier.
It was as good as I remember. :)
We try to stop there and at Mustard's Last Stand every trip to Colorado.
I can still remember filling huge tables of high school kids on Tuesday nights at the old Gondolier for the all you can eat spaghetti nights for $2.95 or something. And yes, we would all order water.
